Need for Project
Susan Tang
In the 21century of technology era, everything is digital like digital currency, digital books, digital images, and digital learning environments. According to Pew Research, the baby boomer’s generation is used to technological life enhancement but also wary of the broad societal impact of these gadgets/platforms and blenders of older and newer technologies. A baby boomer’s generation that is familiar with technology and prepared for more the internet of things will not be alien to them. (https://www.pewresearch.org/internet/2016/03/22/technology-adoption-by-baby-boomers-and-everybody-else/)
The purpose of this design is to examine engagement of older learners step by step to increase editors’ interest and skills in the Adobe Lightroom editing table. Addressing these problems will give much-needed screenshots to help them adjust their tech knowledge, as well as practical and checklist strategies to include more of the older learners. It will also contribute to gaining a more nuanced understanding of new era of technology trends. It will distinguish the largest determinants in basic technology skill through goal analysis, step performance, and objective assessment designed to observe the impact of each of these strategies on elder adulthood.
This area with less knowledge of technology turnout has shown older adults have lower levels of skill of technology and lack of internet things, especially for editing their photos with free trial or lower cost and higher quality images to publish their loved one's life story in photo books to keep their life value with visible and loving-touch books. More recently, this has become increasingly concerning using image editing APP to make quality photos from historical photos to lightness and colorful images. For example, I have a friend whose husband died in 2020. Her children were so busy with their family and work. I interviewed her, she has a lot of memorable historic photos and wants to keep their vivid life story for their offspring. She has less knowledge of tech skills but sad times. How can baby boomers search with their less technology knowledge for a stable, lower cost, and easy editing images’ APP to make a photo book for their loved one or their own life story? This problem is finding why instruction is needed for editing images in Adobe Lightroom from dark to lightness, contrast and bring their family members or furry friends to front and center. This instruction is for creating an account, import, export photos, upload, and are capable of publishing to blurb.com for how-tos on processing digital images to a memorable photo book. This instruction will meet older adults' needs with joy or tears during the editing image to create a company of valuable memories and beautiful photo books for their rest life.
For the further information about the planned instruction can be found at the bottom of this page.
